At least 33 people have died in Kyoto after an alleged arson attack
The hashtag #PrayForKyoAni has been trending on Twitter after a man is believed to have set fire to an animation studio in Kyoto, Japan. At least thirty-three people have died. A reporter in the city brings us the latest. Also, the World Health Organisation has declared a "public health emergency of international concern."
