
Surprise win in US National Spelling Bee
More than 550 children have taken part in the US National Spelling Bee.
A record number of eight children have been crowned co-champions in the US of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. In a tense final, the competitors have been put through their paces with words like erysipelas, bougainvillea and aiguillette.
