ANC leads South Africa election

The ruling party is ahead as votes are counted.

With results declared in 46% of districts, the ruling African National Congress (ANC) party is ahead with around 57% of the vote. We'll speak to Fergal Keane, our BBC Africa Editor who is following the results. We'll hear South African voters talk about the issues that determined their choice.

And in Venezuela Edgar Zambrano, the deputy to Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó, has been arrested by the country's intelligence service. We'll bring you the latest developments.
