‘We are at war’: Chile’s president extends state of emergency after deadly riots
Protesters and security forces clashed for a third day in Santiago.
Chile’s government extended a state of emergency to several cities across the country, after a weekend of violent clashes, looting and arson attacks.
Also in the programme: The polls have opened, and Canadians will now decide whether to give Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Liberal party a second term; and the British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, makes a second attempt to get MPs to approve his Brexit deal today.
