New Brexit deal agreed by EU and UK

The British prime minister, Boris Johnson, is starting his campaign to persuade MPs at Westminster to approve a new Brexit deal agreed with the European Union.

And the United States says Turkey has agreed to a five-day ceasefire in northeast Syria to allow for the withdrawal of Kurdish forces.
