EU leaders agree to another Brexit delay

European Union leaders have agreed a further delay to Brexit after emergency talks lasting into the early hours of Thursday morning.

Sudanese state media say the army is set to make an important announcement, as mass protests demanding the resignation of President Omar al Bashir continue.
