Venezuela: Rival Demonstrations Take Place in Caracas

Self-declared interim president, Juan Guaido, called for fresh presidential elections.

The self-declared interim president of Venezuela, Juan Guaido has again called for fresh presidential elections and told his supporters their protests would continue until Mr Maduro left office. Several European countries say they'll recognise Mr Guaido if a new vote is not called by midnight on Sunday.

Also on the programme, the governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam, refuses to resign as the racism row around him continues. And we remember the TV series about the Holocaust which took Germany by storm in the 1970s.
