No-deal vote as UK MPs decide on the future of Brexit

Theresa May is back in parliament as British politicians search for a coherent way forward on her plans to leave the European Union. The EU's chief negotiator says the risk of a no-deal Brexit has never been higher. We have a special broadcast from the Palace of Westminster.
