British Prime Minister Theresa May loses a parliamentary vote on Brexit for a second time
The British prime minister Theresa May has lost a parliamentary vote on the Brexit Withdrawal Bill for a second time. MPs defeated the deal, which had been agreed with the European Union, by 391 votes to 242.
Also in the programme: All operations of the Boeing 737 MAX have been suspended in EU airspace pending an investigation into Sunday's fatal crash of an Ethiopian Airlines jet.
