UK patient 'free' of HIV after stem cell treatment
A UK patient's HIV has become "undetectable" following a stem cell transplant.
AIDS charities have welcomed the announcement that a second patient infected with HIV has been cleared of the virus after receiving a stem cell transplant from a donor resistant to HIV infection.
