Venezuela Hit With New US Sanctions

Washington is imposing sanctions on the governors of four border states in Venezuela who prevented humanitarian aid from entering the country. We'll also hear from a Harvard economist who has a plan to dig the country out of its economic mess.

Also in the programme: we will meet some of the North Koreans who have made their homes in Japan; and the leader of the opposition Labour Party in Britain, Jeremy Corbyn, says he will now back a second referendum if his party's preferred Brexit deal fails in parliament.
