The outgoing governor of California, Jerry Brown, has given a wide-ranging interview saying that the world is getting more dangerous with climate change and nuclear weapons the biggest threats. Governor Brown also described President Trump's plan to build a wall on the Mexican border as an ominous symbol conveying a fortress mentality.
