President is taking on extensive new executive powers following his election victory
Turkey's main opposition presidential candidate, Muharrem Ince, has acknowledged defeat, but has warned that the country is beginning a dangerous period of one-man rule under President Erdogan. We have a special coverage, Newshour's Razia Iqbal reports from Istanbul.
