Turkish Leader Claims Victory in Elections
Before end of count, President Erdogan claims victory in elections.
Before the end of ballot-counting, Turkish President Recp Tayyip Erdogan has claimed victory in both presidential and parliamentary elections. The opposition has complained that the outcome is still not clear.
