US Says North Korea Committed to Dismantling All Uranium and Plutonium Enrichment Facilities

The US special envoy for North Korea says Pyongyang has committed to dismantling and destroying all of its uranium and plutonium enrichment facilities, but it was dependent on corresponding measures from the United States.
