Suicide Blast Rocks Afghan Capital
At least 48 people have been killed in the bombing of an education centre.
The Afghan Ministry of Public Health says at least 48 people have been killed and over 60 wounded in a suicide bombing that targeted an education centre in the capital Kabul.
