North Korea 'To Halt Missile And Nuclear Tests'

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un says he has suspended all missile tests and will shut down a nuclear test site. Christopher Hill, former US Assistant Secretary of State, and ambassador to South Korea, gives us his take. US bank Wells Fargo has been fined a billion dollars for charging its customers for services it didn't provide. We get analysis from Chris Low of FTN Financial in New York. Russia's telecoms regulator has blocked access to encrypted messaging app Telegram after it refused to give it access to private conversations and messages.
