A BBC investigation in Syria has established that 250 Islamic State fighters were allowed to escape unharmed from the city of Raqqa when it was recaptured last month by American-backed militias. The fighters were among about 4000 people who withdrew in a convoy shortly before it fell. We hear from our Our Middle East correspondent, Quentin Somerville, who as been in Raqqa.
