Plane Crashes After Moscow Take-Off
All 65 passengers and six crew on board were killed
A Russian airliner has crashed after leaving Moscow's Domodedovo airport, killing all 65 passengers and six crew on board. The jet vanished minutes after take-off and crashed about 80km (50 miles) south-east of Moscow.
The British government says it is reviewing its work with the aid charity, Oxfam, following reports that Oxfam staff regularly used prostitutes in Haiti in the aftermath of the Twenty Ten earthquake. The department for international development said Oxfam had serious questions to answer about how it dealt with the appalling abuse of vulnerable people.
The former President of Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, has been chosen to receive the Mo Ibrahim prize for African Leadership.
