Wildfires Expand In Southern California
Communities on the Pacific Ocean are expected to evacuate the affected areas
A number of new wildfires have started in southern California, stretching firefighters to the limit. Coastal communities on the Pacific Ocean including the city of Santa Barbara are preparing for evacuations.
Later today, members of the UN Security Council are due to hold an emergency meeting on President Donald Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
In sub-Saharan Africa and parts of Asia, patients are detained in hospitals for non-payment of healthcare bills.
