Rohingya Crisis: Myanmar Cancels Diplomats' Rakhine Visit

The government of Myanmar has cancelled a visit by foreign diplomats to Rakhine state, which has seen an exodus of hundreds of thousands of Rohingya Muslims. The chief Brexit negotiators for both Britain and the European Union have given an assessment of the latest round of talks. Scientists in China say they have performed a new and precise technique of gene editing on human embryos for the first time.
