Juncker: 'Window of Opportunity' for EU

Jean-Claude Juncker talks of chance to build a stronger, more united union. In his state of the union address, the European Commission president said Europe's economy was 'bouncing back' and the EU had to move beyond Brexit. He called for the union to embrace reforms and forge new trade deals.
Also, a Chinese-born New Zealand MP denies claims of disloyalty, and Kiri Te Kanawa 'won't sing in public again'.
