The opposition coalition, the MUD, issues series of demands before it will meet.

The opposition coalition, the MUD, says it won't enter into direct talks until President Maduro's government has agreed to meet a number of demands. Mr Maduro had said he welcomed the opportunity for a day of dialogue.
