Civilians Help With Hurricane Harvey Rescue Operation

Hurricane Harvey continues to cause chaos in Texas as rain brings record flooding to 50 counties. As authorities ask for everyone to help those affected we hear from a man, who has opened his furniture shop to those who've fled their homes.
