"Catastrophic" Floods Engulf Houston

Tropical Storm Harvey brings the city of Houston in Texas to a standstill.

Tropical Storm Harvey has caused the worst floods in the city of Houston since records began, but is the situation comparable to Hurricane Katrina? We hear from a survivor of that storm, who currently lives in Houston.
