President Trump Says He Could Replace NAFTA
The US president toughens his stance on the North American Free Trade Agreement
President Trump has said he could replace NAFTA with bilateral trade deals, if attempts to reform the agreement collapse. NAFTA is a free trade agreement signed by Canada, Mexico, and the United States, creating a trilateral trade bloc in North America.
The US Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is to hold an emergency meeting in Los Angeles to consider the Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein's future with the organisation. It said the allegations of sexual assault against Mr Weinstein were repugnant.
The Spanish government demands the Catalan leader whether he has declared independence.
