Rohingya Refugee Crisis Continues to Worsen

The Rohingya refugee crisis continues to worsen. The UN says nearly four hundred people have been killed in Myanmar this week in fighting between the Rohingya Muslim minority and security forces. It estimates that almost forty thousand Rohingya men, women and children have fled to neighbouring Bangladesh.

Stax Records is a legendary label in the history of soul music. Based in Memphis, they were home to musicians Otis Reading, Booker T and the MGs, William Bell, Sam and Dave and others.
