The US Puts Fresh Sanctions on Venezuela
America has banned Venezuela's state-owned oil company from selling new bonds in the US.
The US has called President Nicolás Maduro's government a dictatorship, but Venezuela says it won't allow America to encourage a humanitarian crisis to develop.
