Gordon Buchanan
Gordon has worked on programmes such as Big Cat Diary and Springwatch.
He spent his childhood on Mull, spending all his spare time exploring the wild and varied landscape of the Hebridean island.
Gordon's big break came when he spent 18 months in the Cairngorms, learning skills and techniques which helped him develop his career.
He can often be found in front of the camera, as well as behind, living amongst black bears in North America, or braving polar bears at close quarter protected by a Perspex box.
