Donna Noble was the girl who somehow managed to miss everything except what was happening in Donna-world. After the Doctor showed her that the universe was bigger and richer than she’d ever realised, she made one of the biggest mistakes of her life and turned down his offer of coming aboard the TARDIS.

But Donna eventually found the Doctor again and this time she became his eager traveling companion. Together they met Agatha Christie, battled Sontarans and Vashta Nerada and visited fabulous far-off planets. But when Donna inadvertently embodied a Time Lord-human meta-crisis, the Doctor was forced to wipe her memories of all their adventures. She eventually found happiness again and married Shaun Temple.
