Apple Crumble
Serves 100
Ingredients
Filling
- 4 x 2 – 5 kg apples
- 1.4kg of sugar
Crumble
- 5.4 kg flour
- 2.7kg margarine or butter
- 1.4kg sugar
Method
1. Open tins of apples and drain.

2. Add 450g of sugar and mix.
3. Mix flour into margarine, then add remaining sugar, mix until crumbled.
4. Put apple mix into tins, and then add crumble mix on top with a little extra sugar on top.
5. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes on 175C until golden brown.
