Katherine Marr
A chicken farmer in Tain, Ross-Shire, Katherine Marr (26) has been a highly active club member since the age of 14.
Moving from Ayrshire to Ross-Shire seven years ago, Katherine discovered there was no Young Farmers Club, so she decided to set up her own.
She’s been described in the farming press as ‘egg daft’, but she describes herself as ‘passionately daft about young farmers!’
Katherine is hoping to become this years National Chairperson of The Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs.
