Colony Sarff
A being of great power, who is more than just a snake in the grass: in fact he’s a whole colony of them! Made up of countless ‘snakes’, Colony Sarff is Davros’ main henchman.

Colony Sarff was tasked by Davros to locate the Doctor and the hunt took him across time and space from the Shadow Proclamation, to the Sisterhood of Karn.
Where issss the Doctor?!
As his search was in vain, Davros instructed Colony Sarff to use the Doctor’s closest allies to locate him. Heeding his master’s orders, Colony Sarff used Missy and Clara to find the Doctor, tracking him down to a 12th Century castle.
Colony Sarff demonstrated his true power to all when he disrobed, revealing the layer upon layer of snakes that he truly is! The Doctor had no choice but to surrender, and so, along with Clara and Missy, Colony Sarff took them to meet Davros.
The Doctor always has a plan, but something even he couldn’t account for was the true location of Davros. Colony Sarff took his prisoners into hell itself, the home planet of the Daleks reborn: Skaro…
When Davros hatched his plan to exploit the Doctor’s regeneration energy, Colony Sarff was a vital component. He hid amongst the cables and wires of Davros’ equipment, waiting for his chance to strike.
When it looked like the Doctor was taking pity on a dying Davros, apparently using his regeneration energy to save him, Colony Sarff struck, wrapping his many snakes around the Doctor, keeping him trapped. But Missy blasted him free and neither Davros nor Colony Sarff were prepared for the ‘revolting’ Daleks from the sewers, who, made strong by the Time Lord energy, rose again…
They came up through the sewers and began reclaiming their planet, giving the Doctor his chance to escape!
