Life will never be the same for those impacted by the Post Office scandal. The charity 'Lost Chances' supports families affected by the scandal, by helping them form connections and have fun.
Gemma Ellison is from Coventry and her mum Janet was wrongly accused of theft. She joined BBC CWR's Vic Minett alongside ex-postmaster Jas Barang. They share their stories and explain how the charity has helped them.
