Long nights for shepherdess during lambing season

Farmers up and down the county are busy welcoming newborn lambs to their farms. But for one Leicestershire Shepherdess, lambing season involves travelling up and down the country lending a hand to farmers where needed.

Daisy Baker specialises in rare breed sheep. This year's season has already started with a caesarean section of a Ryeland ewe, one of the oldest English sheep breeds.
