The future of Shrewsbury's former House of Fraser

The former Rackhams building could soon reopen after plans were submitted by developers. In the proposal, the former department store would be turned into flats and shops and is expected to reopen by 2027. The High Street shop closed for the last time seven years ago and has been boarded up ever since.
