Bartley: 'The fans can have an effect'

Ex-Albion defender Kyle Bartley urges the fans to create a positive atmosphere at The Hawthorns. The Baggies have two huge home games against Coventry City and Charlton Athletic as they battle against relegation from the Championship. Bartley, who made more than 200 appearances for the club before retiring in the summer made the appeal on BBC Radio WM's Football Phone-In.
