Bradford row over plans for 60 new homes on former green belt land. The land has been redefined as ‘grey belt land’ by Bradford Council, which will allow them to build new houses on it. Planning consultant, Nick Willock joined Rima Ahmed on BBC Radio Leeds to explain exactly what this means.
