The fight to save Whitby's cliff lift
It's transported locals and visitors to and from Whitby's beach for nearly a hundred years, but ground to a halt in 2022.
Whitby's cliff lift has fallen into disrepair and North Yorkshire Council says repair and maintenance costs could end up being over £5 million.
But local people aren't happy and want it back in operation.
