Saving Whittlesey’s rare and ‘unique’ mud walls

Rare mud walls in Whittlesey dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries have been preserved for posterity.

They were built in response to the brick tax and are an unusual fascination to the people of the Fenland town.

Phil Shepka hears why they are special and what is being done to protect them.
