Animal sanctuary launches fundraising appeal
A Shropshire animal sanctuary has launched a fundraising appeal.
Wet weather and storms have caused thousands of pounds in damage at Severn Valley Rescue, in Billingsley, forcing them to stay closed for February half term.
The centre is hoping to raise £50,000 to cover the damage, which also includes loss of income due to the closure, vet bills and animal feed.
BBC Radio Shropshire’s Kate Tebby has been to find out more from owner Amanda Ball.
