Overcoming my stammer

14 year-old Ben from Shrewsbury used to struggle with a debilitating stammer. “At times, people were unkind about it,” he recalls. But Ben refused to let it define him. With the help of a speech therapist, he gradually built the confidence to speak fluently again.
Reflecting on his journey, Ben told Adam Green, "I’m just really proud of myself, to be honest. A few years ago, I couldn’t even form proper sentences and now I’m sitting here, speaking on a radio station."
