Adam Wood is a true crime author and local historian.
He went to hospital for a pain in his leg, and was found to have prostate cancer. Adam is having chemotherapy and has started a podcast to chart his journey. Adam spoke to to BBC CWR's Vic Minett about how he's feeling and why he's decided to do this.
