Leisure centre saved from closure
Much Wenlock Leisure Centre has been saved from closure.
The centre at William Brookes School will have its funding removed by Shropshire Council at the end of March.
Halo Leisure, which runs 25 facilities across the Midlands and Wales, will manage it on a 10 year contract.
BBC Radio Shropshire's Clare Ashford spoke to the school's headteacher, Ruth Shaw.
