Will discounted business rates help small venues?
New figures have shown more than half of England's small live music venues failed to make a profit last year.
The Government has announced pubs and music venues in England will be given a 15% discount on their business rates bills from April and will not see increases for two years.
The Victoria in Birmingham City Centre and The Kitchen Garden Cafe in Kings Heath are just two of many great venues in the West Midlands. They speak to BBC Radio WM's Sarah Julian on the impact of the Government's announcement.
