Assistant head coach, Joe Edwards steps in for Frank Lampard.
Coventry City assistant head coach, Joe Edwards has been speaking to BBC CWR's Lorna Bailey about the support Frank Lampard has offered to midfielder Jamie Allen. The player lost a close family relative recently and Lampard has attended the funeral today (January 23rd 2026). Joe Edwards stepped into the Friday press conference to speak to the media ahead of the Norwich game on Monday night.
