We hear from Ryan McNay (pictured), manager of The Jersey Emergency Transfer Service which uses a special plane to transport patients in medical emergencies, and Jane Taylor the Channel Island liaison lead at Southampton hospital who helps to coordinate care and travel for patients between Southampton and Jersey.
