The trust which runs Shropshire's two main hospitals has been criticised heavily in recent years, regularly appearing at the bottom of league tables. But the trust's chief operating officer, Ned Hobbs, is adamant things are improving. They were recently named most improved when it comes to waiting times for planned care and he says that's just the start.
"I think we need to be open and honest where things need to improve" Ned told BBC Radio Shropshire's Mark Elliott.
