Rare Essex medieval books to be saved
A unique collection of more than 25,000 volumes including Medieval manuscripts and rare books, are set to be made available digitally for the first time. The Gibson Library in Saffron Walden was founded in the 1800s and has been awarded a £139,000 grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
