Plans to plant 134 million trees in Yorkshire
White Rose Forest have plans to plant more trees and increase their woodland cover from 12% to at least 16.5% in the long-term. In the next 25 years, there are plans to plant up to 134 million trees in a project aiming to "transform North and West Yorkshire's Landscape".
